My peers (strangers to me before the training) were dynamic, talented, mid-career academics from many branches of environmental science. We meshed beautifully as a training group and many career friendships have developed, now leading to new projects, writing projects for the public, and working groups. I cannot emphasis too much how high the quality of training was, from first-rate practitioners.
